As part of this premium multi-residential project, Eureka supplied and installed over 2,000m² of Kingspan Kooltherm® K10 PLUS Insulated Fibre Cement Soffit Board to the ground floor soffit over the basement.
The K10 PLUS system was selected for its outstanding thermal performance and non-combustible fibre cement facing—meeting the stringent fire and energy efficiency requirements for this high-end build. Our team executed the installation with precision, ensuring a clean, seamless finish that aligns with the luxury standards of the Reverie development.
