Clareville, Sydney, New South Wales
Clareville is a suburb that is part of the Northern Beaches region located 36 kilometres north-east of the Sydney CBD. In its conception, the suburb of Clareville was only accessible through the use of boats, today Clareville is now a place where Sydney residents purchase holiday homes. As motor cars became more and more prominent in the 1950's, Clareville became a residential zone. The house prices are now relatively more expensive because of the views houses can easily gain being in front of the beach.
